Hello friend and fellow sojourner on this tiny planet we all share, Mike here. This is me, I live a minimalistic life full of wonderful experiences and with many friends made along the way; and many more friends to be made! Here is a tiny corner for me to share my thoughts with you, in the hope that it may help or inspire you in your journey of life.

I believe in abundance and positivism - the more we give, the better our world, our friends and our lives become. There isn't a need to hoard or keep secrets. Why? Because in being open, positive, encouraging and willing to share - greater outcomes can be achieved. This isn't a zero-sum game where one has to lose for the other to win - no! In many aspects of life, somehow, the rule of scarcity doesn't seem to apply.

How did you become interested in MSM and why did you start this site?

Meditative Sensual Massage (MSM) is a term I coined to describe the combination of mindfulness meditation with sensual massage.

It is something that I became aware of through my separate experiences in mindfulness meditation and sensual massage. Over time, I began to feel that these concepts could be combined to provide a deeper experience, a more spiritual aspect to the physical and mental components of sensual massage. (Recently, I’ve started exploring further, the concepts and ideas behind sensual bondage - which is a mix of sensual massage as well as bdsm like experiences!)

Along the way, I observed that it is common for us in modern city living to be overrun by the fast pace of life and high levels of stress. As individuals, many of us lack the knowledge, skills and tools to cope and thrive in this environment. A means to regulate and re-center ourselves will help greatly in our quality of life and those around us.

Also, I've found that many women seem to be uninformed (or under-informed) about their own bodies; their pleasure profiles, orgasm profiles and more. Many women are also not comfortable with aspects of their physical nature, expression of that nature, as well as guilt-free enjoyment of it. That’s unfortunate and I like to work with mindset components to help remove mental blocks towards one’s pursuit of pleasure.

Meditative Sensual Massage is an approach that helps with positive changes to all of the above! I’ve seen how it has helped many (both male and female), bringing a positive inner glow and smile onto our faces - true beauty and strength that comes from within!

Lastly, I started this site because I'm a 'giver' - I enjoy giving pleasure and take vicarious delight in other peoples' positive experiences. This extends to sharing knowledge and information that could change lives. I’m in this for the long haul and the big picture - I can’t personally give sensual massages to everyone, nor teach everyone, but I can inform and educate via this site - and do my small part to making the world a brighter, better place!

Would I be a good fit for a session with you?

Every giver has a certain style and approach - this means that I may not be as suitable a fit for you as one of the other givers on my site. And while I would love to be the best giver for everyone, this simply isn’t possible. As such, I’d like to share my thoughts on ‘fit’ here. If I’m not a good fit, I’ll be happy to listen to you and recommend someone else that’s more suitable.

If the following notes resonate with you, I may be a good fit for a session with you!

1. My approach to a session with you is very customised, consultative, personal and connectional.
   
   This means that I’ll take the time to understand your reasons for wanting an experience and will craft a session to suit you. And I’ll deliver it with care and concern that you’ll discover throughout the session. If you like such personalized attention to detail, this is a good fit indicator.
   
   If you are looking for a clinical yoni experience that’s mechanical and with no connectional elements, I may not be a good fit for you.
   
   

2. If you identify as sapiosexual, I might be a good fit to share a session with you, as well as share with you in greater detail about MSM. I’ll be happy to explain more about MSM benefits, reasons to explore this further, suitable mindsets and how to get the most out of a session together.
   
   If you identify as demisexual - we *might not* be a good fit for a session. I would suggest spending more time pre-consult (via chat or additional paid interaction time) for us to feel at ease and comfortable before proceeding with an actual session. We should approach a first time session with care as the connectional elements during a session may otherwise feel forced.

3. My preference is to ensure that you take home something beyond a mere session - perhaps a change in mindset, physical or mental healing, or a broadening of your horizons towards holistic well-being.

   This is done via a post-session 360° review and I share more details about what you can get out of it here.

   
   If you do not want to provide post-session feedback and/or participate in the review process, it is possible - please indicate it in your enquiry to me. However this may indicate that our fit for a session may not be ideal.

Experiences

Over time, as I’ve delved deeper into MSM, I’ve discovered several different experiences that I’m excited to share with you - these experiences are described below. Do note that they are only a starting point and you can always customize your ideal experience. Also, due to time or material costs, additional charges may apply for some items below:

1. Standard MSM Session - the usual recommended start point, I describe it further here.
   
   We’ll end with cooldown and a post-session 360° review.
   
   

2. Sensual Therapy - a session geared towards helping you heal / grow / unlock or figure out some aspect of yourself. This could cover issues such as: 1 – difficulties in achieving orgasm or wondering if you have ever experienced orgasm before, 2 - Vaginismus and aspects of painful penetration, 3 – dealing with mental traumas or stress or 4 – simply needing a time of relaxation and approval in a non-threatening, asexual manner.
   
   We’ll end with cooldown and a post-session 360° review.

   
   Note: In the case of Vaginismus, problems may arise from a combination of physical or mental aspects. Over time, the mental aspects of tension and fear can excaberate this issue and we enter into a state of ‘learned helplessness’.
   What we do is to first identify to what extent is this a physical problem, and help to remove the mental roadblocks that make resolution of the physical aspects difficult.
   For this particular condition, it will take several sessions to address, and I’m happy to share in greater detail what are our processes as well as range of possible outcomes.
   
   

3. Sensual Dominance & Bondage Session - for those interested or intrigued by bondage, restrictions, blindfolds, dom/sub dynamics and BDSM, a good starting point for those interested but new to ‘50 Shades of Grey’-type experiences.
   
   This may include components of domination & submission, bondage and restraints, blindfolds, temperature, massage wax play and mental / psychological play within a PRICK - Personal Responsibility Informed Consensual Kink framework.
   

   We’ll end with cooldown and a post-session 360° review.

Post-session 360° review

My preference is to ensure that you take home something beyond a mere session - perhaps a change in mindset, physical or mental healing, or a broadening of your horizons towards holistic well-being.

As such, the post-session 360° review is a not-to-be-missed, highly recommended component of the full experience.

Many givers gloss over this or do not provide any post-session closure. Even though this takes some additional time from me, I believe strongly that there are many self-discovery benefits that can be further maximized with the review. Thus, we should not skip this segment of reflection and deeper self-introspection.

After the session, within the next 24 hours, I would request for you to first provide your feedback on your experience, following which, I would process your input and provide my detailed post-session breakdown to you, consisting of:

(a) Your pleasure profile (covers physical, mental and mindset) Your strengths, weaknesses and how you compare to the general female population.

(b) Areas of improvement with more detailed sharing on how to work on these areas.

(c) Next steps for subsequent sessions or for self-discovery (sessions on your own or with your partners).

It’s a journey with mental and physical satisfaction! Mike was caring and the pre-session texts does build up the connection, i didnt feel nervous or worried on the first day we met, which helps me get into relaxation easily. He explained well on what to do or expect, so no worries ladies!

At the start, his breathing aligns our momentum, his occasionally words made me feel relaxed, sensual and confident. He is sensitive to my body reaction and responded well to adapt my pace. His hands are the magic ;) (Ps: He has good chuck of equipments to cure your curiosity!)

From the start, Mike was very detailed in the consultation over the phone which already gave me the assurance that I was in good hands. It was a little funny as we clicked and had a long enough conversation that our call dropped twice. In the end Mike came up with a general but yet detailed plan of what to expect and we agreed to it, and to go with the flow.

I was a little nervous on the actual day itself but Mike was very welcoming and explained the little details in the room and the equipment that he had laid out and was thinking of using during the session which helped me calm down knowing what to possibly expect. That included the pre-session briefing on how I can withdraw my consent whenever without needing to feel bad and/or give a reason.

During the massage component, Mike noticed that my right shoulder was very tense and focused more on the area and as someone who regularly goes for massages, I know that I can withstand harder pressure which Mike was able to provide.

He also took the time to explore how I'd react to the different sensations, ranging from the harder pressure to the barely light touches on my skin which led me to find out that I'm actually more sensitive than I thought I was.

Through the consultation phone call and over text, Mike noted down on the the things that I'd like to explore and in the session, gave me a safe space to do so. During the whole session, he was very observant and mirrored my reactions and changed things accordingly which led to a lot more pleasure the more relaxed and open I let my mind and body be to react naturally.

There were a couple times where my head got a little fuzzy from how intense it got but Mike's hugs, cuddles and kisses grounded me back before my mind floated away on cloud nine.

Near the end of the session, Mike actually went back to help ease the knots on my shoulders again which I was really thankful for.

I decided to take the plunge and try out the session for a variety of reason - curiosity / to understand and explore my boundaries / self love / confidence building - and I’m happy to say I managed to explore all that in the session, and I came out more certain of what I want and like! Restraints and light touches. A sinful combo indeed.

Mike has been open, communicative, patient and fun (well, we did realised how much I like to be teased). The post session is also great for me to take in and absorb what I have felt during the session.

With uncertainty about which therapist to choose initially, Mike displayed patience and carefully explained which therapist would best suit my personality.

I'm extremely pleased that I reached out to Mike to be my therapist. Right from the beginning, Mike was candid and forthcoming, providing a comprehensive explanation of the entire process. He took the time to truly grasp what I hoped to achieve during the session and went into great detail customizing the plan accordingly.

On the day of the session, Mike once more went over the entire procedure and introduction, emphasizing that we could stop at any point or just do purely massage before commencing the sensual massage.

The experience was unique and incredible, unlike anything I had ever encountered, thanks to his adept use of both "soft and firm" techniques. I even got aroused during the massage.

Next part, the Yoni massage, was a mind blowing experience. For a person who never had an orgasm to multiple orgasms in a session was truly sensational. He let me cool down and ask me to take deep breaths after each orgasm before slowly removing the toys / fingers so as not to cause me pain or sudden shock, that was exceptionally thoughtful of him.

Mike also took time to explain and teach me about how to hit certain sweet spot with different toys which i had never realized before.

I had a great experience, which was kicked off by a clear and concise briefing which set the tone on boundaries. I wanted to have this experience as a treat for myself and I came out not just feeling fresh and rejuvenated (as expected), but also feeling safe, warm, and fuzzy.

Mike understood that I had scoliosis and ensured that when he was massaging my back, the sensitive area would be avoided and that was much appreciated. What proceeded from the regular massage (which I would’ve been glad to have for the whole session) was the sensual component which was a wonderful tease treat.

I got to know Sensual Massage Art a few months ago when I became very curious what Yoni massage is. I didn’t realise this space existed in Singapore. As a divorcee, i craved sensual touch but I didn’t want to approach an unsafe place or person. It was my first time and I felt worried with other places available until I read up about SMA website and contacted Mike.

Mike is a very approachable and friendly person yet maintaining professionalism. He answered all my questions professionally without any judgment and constantly emphasised the safety importance. I also do not have a confident body but was constantly assured throughout not to worry.

The entire process felt very safe and respectful and my worries were constantly addressed and I was really glad I tried it. It was a YOLO experience for me. When the massage started, it was very comfortable that I felt like my body melted at that moment. All my life, I always thought my neck was an area untouchable as it was my most uncomfortable spot that even my ex didnt dared to touch and my previous body massages would always be warned.

But surprisingly Mike was so good, I wasn’t affected but got aroused instead whenever he touches my neck. I didnt realise it was a hidden spot all this while. Moving slowly the inner thighs was went everything starts to felt like heaven. Every movement felt smooth and wasnt painful but exhilarating and over the moon.

It was amazing. I’d review the session across different areas.

Consent and safety: I liked the way consent and structure of this experience is published on the website and that’s what made me explore it further vs other such experiences where the topic of consent is a bit lighter. Further on first request review, he sent a few links that are published for me to read reviews and what the experience will be like - I appreciated this open transparent sharing up front.

Pre-briefing: Mike took the time out to go through 2 rounds of pre-briefing with questions / clarifications plus an in person briefing and consent form on the day itself. All this lends itself to creating a safe environment and space in which to explore, without feeling like this is wrong somehow and without feeling a sense of shame or guilt shall we say in what is about to happen.

Pre-session set up: Mike took the time to properly set up the room and explained what he was doing every step of the way (maybe even too much:)) but that helped in again in reassurance and safe environment set up.

Session itself: Mike has magical hands truly and the sensual massage component was just so unique, incredible and felt perfect. I’ve never had anything like it and it was a joy to experience what sensations are possible with the right mindset and hands.

Next the lead up to other components like the vaginal / yoni massage was surprising to me but what I appreciated a lot is how he mirrored my reactions through the process - more or less / back and forth with me in sync. That was very helpful and at one point - I asked to stop doing something and he immediately stopped - so quickly. That’s reinforcing the objectives of the session and consent boundaries set at the start. I also learnt a few anatomy things about my own body which I never realised before.

Post-session: he stayed for at least 30mins more still talking / explaining things to me about the whole experience we just went through and also explaining how to understand the body better in conjunction with the mind and mindful sensual practices. I think many other reviews have detailed the flow of the session (or read his articles) so I won’t go into that. The massage component at the start was really good. Even though there wasn’t really a sensual component to it, I was already very aroused right from the start; think: a male masseuse (instead of a female) with big, warm hands and firm, consistent slow strokes. Mike was conscientious to notice it even though I didn’t say anything (not even a moan) and he moved into the yoni component knowing I was fully ready for it.

I have three personal issues that I was worried would affect my sensual massage experience. Firstly, I have sensitive skin. Secondly, I have had some past bad experiences regarding touch when it comes to men. Finally, I'm rather self-conscious about my body image. But the massage experience didn't trigger any issues at all.

We started with a really soothing and relaxing massage and the ambience was perfect for it. I thought I would be nervous when we transition to the sensual side of things, but amazingly the transition was so smooth! Before I knew it the touches were becoming sensual without giving me any anxiety.

First session with Mike (had experienced other therapist before) and one thing that struck was his attention to detail and prescencing (i.e. without being asked: giving a detailed brief of what will be happening during the session at the start, explaining why he needs to do certain things during set-up, and also giving heads-up about what will happen next during the session).

He paid attention to everything that was shared pre-session and made sure to check in almost every step of the way to make sure that I’m comfortable. He is great at reading expressions and reactions and he is able to work on such feedback immediately.

Massage was great and because I am extremely ticklish, I rarely get to enjoy any form of massages but Mike’s massage skills is really great (without the sensual part). In fact, I would recommend engaging Mike for general full body massage even if you don’t want the sensual portion.

As for sensual exploration, I can just say that he really lives up to the countless reviews on this page. The only real downside is that he isn’t my type attraction-wise, but he could be yours hahaha but this doesn’t discount the great experience that Mike delivers. Thanks Mike!

So, almost exactly six months after we did our Level 1 Workshop as a couple, and surviving a few threats to our appointment no thanks to Covid, we finally got down to Level 2. It was something we didn't take too long to agree on, given how comfortable we were with Mike's sharing and bedside manners from Level 1.

Having established our rapport earlier, and with Mike's regular updates and advice via Tele, we were able to go straight in relatively more quickly this time round. That's despite him having to set up the venue since we were in our staycation venue -- full attention to detail with the lighting, music, entire ambience.

To start off, Mike was kind enough to adapt his Level 2 routine -- instead of a Level 1 recap for me, we got him to do a full-on demo of a sensual massage session on my wife's back. Needless to say, this was absolutely heavenly for her, and ended up more like a treat since the routine was uninterrupted by chatter or guidance, unlike a workshop.

From this, S was able to identify particular moves or strokes that she enjoyed more (rather irrelevant side note: she absolutely loved Mike's strokes on her inner thighs and butt!), and I was able to quietly take notes on the side -- something which I couldn't do for Level 1 when my hands and fingers were slippery with massage oils. Being a rather conservative person, it took me a leap of faith to arrange for the session. It started with a random stumble on a profile, some reading up and a recommendation. I had no idea what a sensual massage was. In fact I was surprised there was even such a thing but it piqued my curiosity.

Mike was approachable and generously offered his time to help me better understand what might be helpful to me. There was even a plan for the session based on my goals—it was all very methodical and sensible so as much as there was a sexual element, nothing about it felt dubious. My rational self found no difficulty in accepting this as a reasonable way to explore one’s sexuality.

I explained that I wanted to know how comfortable I would be in experiencing sensual and sexual pleasure at the hands of another who is not my usual partner. I also wanted to know if I was able to have multiple orgasms and how sensitive I was in the spectrum. Mike proposed a sensory exploration of touch, sound, scents and really just going with the flow. He used the word safari ride and my mind just went with all the tropical imagery—lush, exotic and soaking with sensual heat.

The reality of course is that we used an old-world colonial style hotel room. But that worked too—I felt like it was a moment out of time, a treat for the self. The sound system in the room was perfect too.

It would be right to say that the whole experience starts much earlier than the actual session - from the beginning of the idea and speaking to Mike over over chat for a few weeks. All these helped to build rapport and understandings between us which I believe is very important for a good sensual experience.

As the first session, it was relaxed yet exciting. The setup, including lights and music, created a nice ambience. I also appreciate Mike's repeated emphasis that the sessions should be about me and I should respond in whatever way I'm comfortable in. That surely put me more at ease. My wife and I arranged for a private workshop with Mike on sensual massage (Level 1), about a week ago. This review has taken a while to come because I've been completely exhausted in the late evenings the past week since our workshop; while we firmly agree with Mike that sensual massages don't necessarily need to lead to anything else, I'm afraid ours consistently did, such was the magic of the touches that Mike taught us.

And mind you, the connection between my wife and I is already pretty strong in the first place, and we're no strangers to physicality, sensual touches, and a good horizontal workout (or three) every week. But what the workshop did was to help me learn better about the touches that she loves, and use them in a coherent, flowing manner.

To Mike's credit, his bedside manners were impeccable. In the early stages of our Telegram chat, I shared my concerns that she was rather conservative, and might not warm up too quickly to him. I was looking at yoni massages and Mike’s site turned up on search, so I decided to get in touch, and from the get-go, Mike’s super open, honest, and professional - that made communicating what I was looking for, fears, etc much easier and our conversations over the past 2 weeks did help allay most of them.

I have taken some time to reflect on the 3rd session as there were many things to process.

The 3rd session started with an informal photoshoot... Mike was kind enough to help me process some body confidence issues and to celebrate a point in my health journey. I decided to face the matter head on with a boudoir style theme with intimate lingerie and was relieved that the entire shoot was smooth and with no judgement.
